Ingredients:
2 liters of chicken broth
150 g of tomato paste
50 ml of sweet cream
parsley
salt pepper
pasta or rice
A method of preparing:
Boil rice or noodles.
Heat the broth. Add the tomato paste and mix it to dissolve. Bring to a boil.
Finally, slowly add the cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with cooked rice or noodles. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
