Ingredients:
150g of cheese
200g of canned ham
1 bunch of fresh parsley
5 pickled cucumbers
3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
Execution:
Grate the cheese on a large-mesh grater
Dice the ham.
Cucumbers also cut into cubes.
Rinse the parsley and chop.
Put the cheese, ham and cucumbers in one bowl, add some parsley (leave the rest to sprinkle on top of the salad), add mayonnaise, mix. Season to taste with salt and pepper, mix. Sprinkle with the remaining parsley.
