Ingredients:
500g fresh (or frozen) spinach
400g of any pasta
100g of sweet cream
120g of feta cheese
2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of butter
pepper, salt
A method of preparing:
Rinse the spinach and tear off the hard stems. Dice the feta cheese into small cubes. Cook the noodles. Heat the butter in a large skillet and add the chopped garlic. Sear for 5 minutes. Add the spinach and cook until it loses its volume. Add cream and feta cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted. Season with pepper to taste.
Put the pasta on plates and put the spinach with sauce on the top or mix the pasta with the spinach in the pan.
