Ingredients:
40 grams of pasta
sauce:
1/2 kg of mushrooms
1 onion
4 tablespoons of oil
1 tablespoon of butter
20 dag of mascarpone
2 tablespoons of finely chopped parsley
salt
pepper
Preparation:
Boil the pasta.
Wash the mushrooms and peel them. Slice it.
Dice the peeled onion and fry until translucent.
Add mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper.
Fry over high heat for 8-10 minutes, until the mushrooms are browned. Mix often.
Add butter. Stir and fry for 5 minutes.
Add the mascarpone to the mushrooms. Stir and keep on fire until the cheese is completely liquid.
Add the parsley and mix.
Put the cooked pasta into the pan with the sauce and mix.
