Ingredients:
2 cups of cake flour
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
3/4 cup Greek yogurt
2/3 cup of milk
2 eggs, large
pinch of salt
2 apples, slightly acidic
Add sugar and salt to the flour. Add yogurt, milk and eggs to the dry ingredients and mix or blend with a mixer only until combined. Grate the apples on a coarse-mesh grater, add to the mixture and mix.
Fry in hot oil on both sides until golden brown.
Drain off excess fat and sprinkle with powdered sugar or serve it yourself.
