Ingredients:
1 bunch of green asparagus,
1 tablespoon of olive oil,
1 tablespoon of lemon juice,
1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese,
spices: black pepper, salt.
A method of preparing:
1. After washing and cleaning the asparagus, put it in a pan with hot olive oil.
2. Fry for about 8-10 minutes, then add two tablespoons of butter.
3. Add freshly ground pepper and salt.
4. Fry for 3 more minutes.
