Ingredients:
1 small cauliflower
1 carrot
1/2 onion
3 tablespoons of wheat or spelled flour
1 egg

Preparation
Wash the cauliflower and grate it on a large-mesh grater.
Peel the carrots and grate them as well, mix with the cauliflower. Then combine with the grated onion.
Add flour, egg, salt and pepper.
Heat the fat in a frying pan, put 2 tablespoons of the mass on 1 cake, spread it and fry for 5-6 minutes until golden on the bottom. Carefully transfer with a spatula to the other side and repeat cooking.
