Ingredients
1 small cauliflower
2 eggs
1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of sweet pepper
1 teaspoon turmeric
Salt pepper
Divide the cauliflower into smaller florets, wash, then add to boiling water for 10 minutes. Drain and set aside to cool.
Break the eggs with salt and pepper in a bowl, and break the breadcrumbs with sweet pepper and turmeric in the other.
Coat each rose in an egg and then in breadcrumbs and spices.
Fry in a frying pan in hot oil.
