This question directs your thoughts to experience, not your state of being in life. You start to have different motivations. The source of happiness is not in what we have and in what we experience.

If you realize what you do not want to experience, it will allow you to be assertive and make the right choices – suddenly you realize where you are wasting your energy.

What one small habit can change your life for the better?
We create habits ourselves, and then they create us. These are not always good habits. Maybe it’s worth changing something? For example, be polite, start meditating?

If you could lose some weight today, what would it be?
When you focus on the breath, the clouds – you meditate – then automatically the weight in your head ceases to exist.Weights loop us. We feel free without them, we have more energy to act. Even for a moment, forgetting the problem, we feel better.

There must be balance between giving and taking. It can be sharing anything – it can be your knowledge, help in cooking, shopping, etc. Remember, if you give, learn to take too.
