Ingredients
20 grams of smoked salmon
2 tomatoes
1 red pepper
10 grams of mozzarella
arugula, lettuce
basil
a teaspoon of lemon juice
salt pepper
Preparation:
Rinse and dry the rocket and lettuce. Tear into pieces, put into a bowl.
Wash the tomatoes, dice them and add to the lettuce.
Cut the peppers into strips.
Cut the mozzarella and salmon into pieces and put them in a bowl with lettuce. Toss in the tomatoes and peppers.
Sprinkle it all with olive oil, lemon juice, season with salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly, garnish with basil leaves.
