Ingredients
1/2 kg of potatoes
3 tablespoons of flour
1/4 of the onion
1 egg
salt
Oil
Preparation:
Grate the peeled potatoes and onions on a potato grater (smallest holes). Then add the egg and flour.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. We mix until a uniform consistency is obtained.
Heat up the fat in a frying pan and put about 2 tablespoons of the mass on one cake.
Fry until golden for about 4 minutes on each side.
Serve with yoghurt, sugar, and tzaziki sauce.
