Pancakes with zucchini and carrots

Ingredients
4 young zucchini
2 carrots
1 onion
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of flour
2 cloves of garlic
salt and pepper
frying oil

Preparation:
Grate the zucchini, put it in a strainer, salt it and set aside for the zucchini to release the juice. Press the courgette out.
Also grate the carrots. Finely chop the onion.
In a bowl, combine zucchini with carrots and onions. Add eggs and flour, and salt and pepper. Mix.
Spoon the dough into hot fat, fry until brown on both sides.

Serve the sauce with natural yoghurt.
